If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings by submitting a written request for resolution to Babebella.com Customer Service Department.
Timeframe: All disputes must be submitted within 14 days of the date of purchase or delivery of goods or services, whichever is applicable.
Mediation: If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation, either party may initiate mediation proceedings by submitting a written request for mediation to Babebella.com Customer Service Department. The parties will then select a mutually agreeable mediator who will facilitate negotiations between them in an effort to reach an amicable resolution of the dispute.
Arbitration: If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through mediation, either party may initiate arbitration proceedings by submitting a written request for arbitration to Babebella.com Customer Service Department. The parties will then select a mutually agreeable arbitrator who will hear evidence presented by both sides and render an impartial decision on the matter at hand.
Finality of Decision: The decision rendered by either mediator or arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to commencement of proceedings or as otherwise provided by law.
Costs: All costs associated with dispute resolution proceedings shall be borne equally by both parties unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of proceedings or as otherwise provided by law.
