At Babebella.com we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept any items that have been opened or used. All returns must include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at support@babebella.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return in your email. Once we have received this information, we will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Once we have received the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@babebella.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue a full refund or replacement product as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
