We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (as indicated on our website). Shipping costs for orders under this amount will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
All orders are shipped via a reputable courier service and require a signature upon delivery; therefore it is important that you provide us with a valid address where someone can sign for your package during regular business hours (Monday-Friday). If no one is available to sign for your package when it arrives, it may be returned to us or held at the courier’s depot until you can arrange collection or re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
We take great care in packaging all orders securely; however we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit or delivery due to mishandling by third parties (e.g., couriers).
You have 14 days from receipt of your order in which to return any unwanted items in their original condition (unopened/unused) for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please contact us prior to returning any items so that we can provide you with return instructions and an RMA number (return merchandise authorization).
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods; however please allow up to 14 days for funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank/payment provider’s processing timescales.
